We received top-tier service from Chicago Cars US. Traveled from St. Louis, MO, to pick up Mini Cooper as a surprise gift for our daughter's 21st birthday. The entire team was invaluable, from texting with Arthur, Albert, Megan, and Chris to chatting with Brian. When we arrived, everything was ready, and they made the process easy and stress-free. I had a great experience & time ,Albert the sales person made me feel at home & was very knowledgeable of info about the vehicles especially the one I purchase. If I had to do all over again I still pick Albert for my sales guy. Thankyou.

Whether it was online, texting or from the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome and taken care of. Everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire buying process. Albert, my sales/public relations person, was fantastic — super knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and helping me find the perfect cargo van for my son without any pressure. Arthur, the owner, was also involved and made sure everything went smoothly. It’s clear he truly cares about customer satisfaction and runs a top-notch dealership. And Margaret, the office manager, who went above and beyond to make sure the paperwork process was easy and stress-free, explaining everything in detail. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. If you’re looking for a great vehicle and even better service, I highly recommend Chicago Cars US!
