I found this place on carguru while shopping for a new car. I requested information about the availability on a car from here that I had interest in. Communication & responses were quick. I am a first time buyer, so everything was laid out plainly. We scheduled an appointment that weekend to come in and see the car and also left that weekend with the car. I truly appreciate Albert & Chris for making the process seamless. Would buy again from here :)

Initial contact with Megan was great, Tom called and FaceTimed us the next morning. Saying he gave us a walk about tour would be an understatement. He opened every door, compartment, closeups of tires, wheels, rolled every window, seat. We bought the 2010 Mercedes GLK 4-Matic having never met Tom or seeing the car in person. If there was a 12 Star they would get it.

I recently purchased a GMC Denali XL and had a fantastic experience. I had seen the truck I wanted and showed up the next day to test drive. Brian was able to make the test drive possible and was well versed on the various benefits of this vehicle. After a test drive, I wanted to make the purchase and Brian offered a hold, which I promptly accepted. I LOVE my new truck and will definitely be back for additional vehicles in the future. Thank you very much Brian for keeping me updated throughout the process and Chicago Cars US for such a great vehicle!! I will be back. By the way, their vehicle options are fantastic, great dealer.
